Plumbing Service and Repair Guarantee – We guarantee that if any repair fails in the first two years we will repair it again absolutely free. Excluding stoppages.

Whole House Re-Piping Guarantee – We guarantee that your whole house re-piping project will be completed on or before the date we have promised. We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 10 years. If our pipes fail at any time during that period of time, (excluding acts of god, riot or war), we will repair the failure free of charge. We guarantee that all materials used are as specified and up to the code in your area. And we guarantee to protect the condition of your home.

 

Equipment & Fixture Guarantee – We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment surrounded by normal use should fail within our written warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you.
 

*Certain equipment requires yearly maintenance. “Per manufacturer specifications certain equipment requires yearly maintenance to insure your guarantee is not voided.”
